Cancellation Policy

1. The Client must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation of scheduled sessions or appointments. 2. Cancellations made with less than the required notice may result in a charge equal to the full price of the session or service. 3. For products, refunds are only available 14 days after purchase if the product is unopened and in its original condition. Custom products, including personalized wellness plans, are non-refundable. 4. Baudi 4 Body Wellness LLC reserves the right to charge a processing fee for cancellations, late payments, or returned payments.
